Description: Lex Luthor was another of the ancillary villains offered in Kenner's first wave of Super Powers action figures, but they more than made up for it with his sculpt and his accessories. The Lex Luthor figure offered a very unique sculpt with a fair bit of detail across the entire figure. Lex came packaged with a piece of his bulky green armor that snaps around his torso as well as his mini comic.
